We were visiting Niagara for my wife’s birthday and it was her first time getting in a helicopter but it was an experience she will always cherish. It was definitely worth the money, and would recommend it to anyone who has never tried it.

Disturbing music during the flight and very rude staff. If there are not enough people for a flight, they claim the weather is bad (but it was almost cloudless).

However, the flight and the view were great!!!👍🏽

Furthermore, photos are taken of you at the beginning with strangers - who buys that in the end?

Incredible experience! The activity is very well organized. We were out of season and therefore alone in the helicopter, it was crazy!!

Above all, don't book here!!
To begin with, the service is billed in $US and not in $CAD although it takes place on Canadian soil. Very subtle difference on the site...
Then and this is the most important, the agency canceled the activity because of bad weather but never informed me! So I came from Toronto on purpose for a night flight and when I arrived the agency was closed... Obviously it was impossible to reach anyone on the phone and the service provider did not consider it necessary to inform its customers.
This is absolutely unacceptable, keep your money and give it to someone more competent and more respectful of their customers.

Absolutely beautiful.  The views are breathtaking.  The river is unbelievably fast and powerful.
The price is reasonable, the elevator is pretty quick, and the tunnel to the river is not too long.
There is a snack cart at the base and 2 vending machines.
There are a good number of photos and signs with historic facts, geography info, water details, etc.  There is I formation on wildlife, fish, daredevils, and the train that used to go through the canyon.

We came here at the end of October and got to see the fall colors🤩 This was included in our 2 day pass at Niagara Falls. The walk was beautiful and the river was mesmerizing. I found the information about the history of the river to be insightful.

I found this a great way to experience the power of the falls close-up in a relaxing setting with a nice boardwalk to walk down. There are other free ways of getting a great view of the whirlpools but they all involve a hike. Parking is free with admission which is great.

Great activity. To do at least once. Very impressive to go so close to the falls.

As a family the adventure was a lot of fun. You get a true impression of how powerful the falls can be.

Avoid to visit in winter months because of foggy weather you can not enjoy fall's view.

At Journey Behind the Falls, you’ll descend about 125 ft. (approximately 40 m) to explore cave-like tunnels leading to two observation decks that are over 130 years old behind the Canadian Horseshoe Falls.

It was one of our adventures while in Niagara for my wife’s birthday and it was the most amazing experience. I would definitely recommend anyone who hasn’t already tried it.

So much fun! Depends on the company you bring and the time of year you come, but it was an amazing experience! It was so nice to get so close to the falls and well worth the long wait in line and the far travel you have to go to get to it!

Niagara City Cruises departs from the Canadian side of the Falls and passes by the American Falls, Canadian Horseshoe Falls and Great Gorge. Thanks to our classic Canadian winters, this cruise operates seasonally. While exact dates vary annually, it typically runs from April or May until late November. 

I didn't think I had to go up there, but when I did, it was nice. It was fun to go up by elevator, and the view was nice from there. If you do well, you can also see the CN Tower and Rogers Center Dome.

You may be able to purchase tickets on site. The ticket that went up but came back was $19 + tax.

Quite possibly the most iconic tower in the Niagara area. It’s been years since I’ve been up there but it’s on my to do list the next time I visit.

Reserved dinner at the revolving restaurant, so the observation deck was included in the price.

Went to the observation deck. You’ll see Niagara Falls ,  the city and surrounding area . Not sure if it worth it or not but I was not amazed . Anyways I recliner if you still want to go to visit during nighttime, nicer view with the lights .  Also it’s better if you have binoculars to see around the city and the falls . The observation deck has outdoor deck too .

Great views but the location is rundown and definitely needs a renovation. Felt like a tourist trap which is sad because it offers an amazing view to both water falls

Skylon Tower stands at 520 ft. (160m) above street level and 775 ft. (236m) above the base of the Falls. Talk about a bird’s eye view, eh?!
