The commute between the two cities is relatively short at approximately 1 hour 13 minutes in normal traffic, and what’s even better —there are some iconic Texan points of interest along the way! Your guide will narrate and provide ongoing highlights about the surrounding area along the drive.
Upon arriving in San Antonio, you will visit the local cultural icon, The Alamo, where you can stand in the footsteps of heroes from long before. Walk among legends as you enjoy a guided tour that leads you through the courtyard revealing the infamous story of the 1836 Battle of the Alamo. Get up close and personal with some of the Alamo’s largest weapons and fortifications including the 16 pounder cannon, palisades, and barracks. Afterward, enjoy a serene and leisurely stroll through the lush gardens sheltered by the elegant shade of time-worn oak trees on the historic grounds.

Stroll around the deck and enjoy a truly unique viewing experience of the sprawling cityscape below.

A noteworthy mention, the River Walk Boat Cruise will lead you past multiple points of interest such as the city’s very first neighborhood - La Villita, the Old Mill Crossing, and Selena’s Bridge where Tejano superstar Selena Quintanilla Perez was proposed to in the biopic Selena (played by world-famous actor/singer Jennifer Lopez).
