The next leg of our adventure takes us to the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, the largest rotating aerial tramway in the world. Brace yourself for a panoramic ascent to the alpine wilderness of Long Valley and Mount San Jacinto State Park. The air at the summit can be up to 40F cooler, providing a refreshing contrast to the desert below. Two summit restaurants await, one specializing in fine dining. As you descend, a continuous video presentation at the Mountain Station offers insights into the history of this remarkable attraction.
