The Best Tour Ever!

This was the best tour ever!

Small and intimate

person With
The tour was group was small and intimate. This made the tour less formal and rushed and it was a great way to enjoy the day. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the stops and got to know a lot more of the city than I would ever have learned on my own.

Niagara Falls Anniversary Trip

person With Melody K
We were very impressed with the knowledge of our guide Casey. We saw all 3 falls and had a great time on the boat ride! Absolutely beyond our expectations. Being picked up and returned to our hotel was wonderful. Parking fees are expensive in that area if you can find a spot. Casey thank you !

Good City Tour

person With doctorfoxtrot
We were fetched right on front of our hotel by our tour guide Michael , who was also our driver. I liked his calm demeanour. Never asked us for a review on TA. Our tour went from the CN Tower , Old City Hall with the huge Toronto sign , introduced us to the PATH underground, Casa Loma castle , and finally the St Lawrence food market . Pressed with time he made us choose between the Royal Ontario museum and the Distillery. We chose the latter. Going back we had a short time at the Graffiti Alley . It was still winter time so a cruise doesn’t really materialised . Recommended.

Great way to see and do a lot in one day

person With Shazcards
We were only going to be in Niagara Falls for one whole day before travelling back to NYC so decided a tour was the way to go and it was definitely the best decision. Chris, our guide, meet us in the lobby of our hotel as arranged and we were lucky as we were the only ones on the tour that day. Chris was very knowledgable about the falls, their creation and the local area. He drove us through the State Park and our first tour was the tunnels under the falls, followed by the 4D experience “the Fury of the Falls”. Due to the time of year the cruise was not on the schedule. Our next stop was the helicopter centre and we were so lucky again - with the weather and being the only two with the pilot. The trip was supposed to be 12 minutes but I think it was longer. Next stop was the butterfly conservation centre before heading to the Skylon Tour for lunch in the revolving restaurant. The view of the falls from the observation level was stunning. Chris then drove us through the city pointing out places of interest before dropping us back at our hotel. We would never have done all these things on our own on public transport in the one day. It’s well worth taking the tour.

Unforgettable tour of Toronto

person With Milena K
Micahel our tour guide was amazing - norm and bred in Toronto, he was knowledgable and full of passion for the city that managed to rub off on us too 😊 CN tower early morning no wait whatsoever, it was a sunny day so gorgeous views! Cass Lola was incredible, the at Lawrence market was so cool and we ate a lot because it’s hard to choose one 😉 and due to freezing weather we skipped the bar or but we visited the royal Ontario museum which is incredible! Highly highly recommend it!

Simply Amazing Tour

person With timothy
Our guide Christina(sp) was awesome. She was so very kind, very hospitable and full of knowledge about everything Niagara Falls, to include about Buffalo, NY and the areas around the Niagara Falls area. She provided us with not only the history of Niagara but seemed to go the extra mile to talk about the community on top of the history of the area. As a teacher, no doubt she is the best for the job and was so accommodating to all in our tour. She provided tips on where to eat, where to shop and where to stay along with events over the course of the weekend. Muhammad was awesome as well, he stood in line for 2 hours prior that day to get all of our tickets so we could get into our tours in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend this tour and it was all well worth it. I picked our package up on Groupon and was well worth the purchase price. We were met very early prior to our pick up time and greeted very nicely. We were guided through the Niagara area and educated on many aspects of the area which was very nice. Christina even asked what all we wanted to know about the area before she dove in. Great job to her and the entire staff at See Sight Tours. We had an amazing time and saw everything we needed to see along with the advice of our tour guide. She was amazing. Thank you for making our trip amazing and stress-free.

The perfect one day tour

person With Lulu35
What an amazing way to spend a day in Toronto if you’re limited for time. We hit the CN Tower first , no queues and ticket admission included. Then onto the mind boggling underground PATH system , Casa Loma , St Lawrence markets (good opportunity for lunch with all the local cuisines) and the Distillery area which currently boasts the Toronto Christmas Markets. Door to door service in an immaculate SUV provided by our wonderful guide Michael who knows everything there is to know about ‘Torronno’! Highly recommended, even our teens were engaged for the duration .

Perfect way to see Niagara

person With PapaS6
Getachew was the epitome of guides for Niagara. He never hurried us (5 of us) and was full of information about the history and fun facts about places we saw. This was a weekend, and he got priority for parking, got our tickets to the various activities, and waiting for us to return. AND he knew the best routes to go. You can’t get all of this driving yourself around. HIGHLY recommended.

A most excellent comprehensive Halifax Tour!

person With 45JeffP
Michael met us at the meeting point promptly at 9am for our private Halifax Tour. Very knowledgable, personal, and humorous! Drove the city (where bigger vehicles couldn't go), pointed out all the highlights, the Citadel, and went to Peggy's Cove. He let us design most of the tour - where we wanted to stop and take photos, what we wanted to see and do, and dropped us off where we wanted. Saw and did so much more than any of the cruise ship excursions over the 5+ hours. And for much less money than the ship's excursion prices. Would very highly recommend Michael and this tour!

Top Notch

person With R791DL
Tyler was friendly, capable, knowledgeable and fun to be around. He was punctual and made us feel right at home from the beginning. The van was clean and new - lots of room. The small group setting created intimacy and the freedom to explore. This tour gave us the ability to skip most of the attraction lines. Definitively recommend. It is worth every penny. Highlight of the vacation. Thanks Tyler!

Terrific Tour

person With Steve L
This is a great tour. Adrian was a fun, informative guide. We did our tour before we tackled Halifax on our own. Because Halifax is a bit difficult to negotiate because of construction and weird streets we were glad to have an idea where we were going. Adrian did a great job of helping us plot our "on foot" trip around Halifax for the next day. And, he told us the best places to eat! We were also glad not to have to deal with parking at Peggy's Cove! We had done the Best of St. John tour several days before and are so pleased we signed on for the Halifax tour. A great, easy, entertaining way to see the sights! Sara Lose

A wonderful wonderful tour of Niagara

person With Dianery
I can honestly say, we had the greatest tour of Niagara Falls ever! This has not been my first time visiting Niagara Falls, however we were 2 families this vacation, and the family we went with hasn't visited the falls before. Our tour guide Kristina, made this trip so amazing. She was easy going, fun, extremely knowledgeable, and flexible. She went above and beyond in every way possible to make our Excursion amazing. We got to see the falls from both sides of the border. I have never visited the fls from the NY side. Funny being that we live in NYC! This Excursion let's you see everything that both the NY side and Canadian side have to offer. And there is no waiting on huge lines. Kristina knew just how to visit each spot with minimal to no long line waits. Also each family has thier own personal car. This Excursion is well worth the money, and if you want to see everything the falls has to offer this is the perfect experience for you and your family. And I strongly recommend you ask for Kristina. She will make your day wonderful.

Excellent host and Guide.

person With Gaurav3029
See sight tour is the fastest and most efficient way to learn about the history of Halifax and visit the most important places in a few hours. The highlight of the day was Peggy’s Cove with the wild Atlantic Ocean. Worth every dollar.

Best half-day tour to see Halifax, Peggy's Cove and environs!!

person With Silverstreak46
This was a perfect tour for my wife and I of the Halifax area. Adrian, our driver and tour guide, was very knowledgeable and passionate about the area. We and one other couple shared a Honda Odyssey van to visit Peggy's Cove, Prospect Cove, the Citadel and Halifax city during a 4-hour drive. Booking through See Sight Tours website was a little tricky. When you go to the site, you're greeted with a banner that says they were voted the best tour for Niagara Falls. Huh? Turns out that's the headquarters for See Sight Tours. You have to select Halifax under Tours to get what you want. I thought I was dealing with a local company but not so. I ended up booking through the web site but call their 800 number to verify that we were being picked up at our hotel. The email confirmation never said that. When I talked with them, they asked me whether I had booked twice. I said "Not that I knew of." However, apparently I had and that explained why my email said the same things twice. The nice lady on the other end of the call fixed that and assured me that we would be picked up at the hotel. We were and had a great time.

Wow! What a way to see a some highlights!

person With 674cristine
My family and I had an opportunity to take this tour when we were in Halifax for a day. We had superb service from the minute we met the tour operator (it's been a little bit since we were on vacation but I can tell you his name was Adrian) until we were dropped off - and I'm not sure anyone was ready for the magic to end. We went to Peggy's Cove which was a pretty neat fishing village while learning all about the area. What was really fantastic about the tour was that it wasn't necessarily just canned information - it was encouraged to ask about what you were truly interested in - so the dialogue was fantastic. Next we drove to the Citadel fort and got a private tour (yes you read that right). I'm pretty sure the folks who tagged along with us briefly on the fort were also trying to figure out how we were such VIPs that we got someone showing us the fort personally. Our tour guide in the fort had my 10 year old nephew so engaged it was such a delight. He was fully enjoying history! A+++ tour!

A must do when visiting Niagara Falls!

person With Michelle
We had a wonderful time on this tour. We didn't know it at the time of the booking, but we ended up with a private tour! Our tour guide, Robbie, was awesome, courteous and friendly! He was not only informative about the tourist spots along the way, he gave us a lot of background information about the area and we had great conversation about many of the differences between the US and Canada, given that we were from the US. We were staying on the Canadian side of the falls and did not want to go over the boarder and back, based on other reviews stating that some of the tours experienced long delays at the bridge so we booked this tour which included the Hornblower ride into the falls, the Skylon Tower, and the Journey Behind the Falls. Our tour included all of the attractions that we wanted to see and then some. It was convenient to have transportation to all of the sites with pick up and drop off at the hotel. We had ample time to explore the areas and the tour took about 4 hours. I would highly recommend booking this tour.

Must do tour when on Canadian side of falls

person With Rita K
My son & I did this tour and it was perfect. Caleb was very knowledgeable and told us so much about Niagara. WAY better than just walking around aimlessly on our day and half visit. There were only a total of 4 guests on this trip which made it SO nice. It included ALL of the must see activities. We were picked up at our hotel, taken to all of the attractions as described. We did not have to worry about purchasing our own tickets as this was already taken care of. No need to wait in line to get tickets. The first attraction was the The Journey Behind the Falls. They give you a disposable poncho but I would recommend wearing a rain coat as well with a hood and make sure that you have waterproof or a backup pair of shoes as they WILL get wet if you really want to experience it all. We drove by some great sights and Caleb told us all about them. The views from The Skylon Tower were AMAZING. A MUST DO, even if you don't do this entire tour. The last admitted attraction was the Horn Blower Cruise. Glad it was the last because we got soaked (we chose to stand on an area of the boat where you WILL get wet). Right after this, we were taken back to our hotel and could change into dry clothes. We made some souvenir purchases in the middle of the tour and were allowed to stow them safely in the van while going to the next attraction. This is WELL worth the money. There is so much to see and what better way than to have someone take your right to the entry of each exhibit. No need to worry about parking either. We had a GREAT time! Highly recommend.

Perfect way to experience Niagara Falls!

person With Frances
The convenience of booking this tour as opposed to trying to do it all yourself is a no-brainer. Tyler met us on time at our hotel - actually a little early - and our adventure began! The car was very clean and roomy. My family tends to be a little off-color, and Tyler was up to the task. He was very informative and answered all of our questions, and was a great sport as he listened to our "alternative history" on some of the attractions we visited. Our itinerary was fully explained and he told us how much time we could expect to spend at each site. After each attraction, we didn't have to go looking for him: He found us easily (our hats helped) and off we went to the next stop. He kept the tour moving, but there was no rushing. In all seriousness, this tour is an amazing deal. Groups are small (4-6 people) so you really do get personal treatment. I highly recommend this tour. I know we will be using it again when we get back up to the Falls for another vacation.

Our guide, Getachew was GREAT! On time, knowledgable and very helpful. We never were rushed and were able to take our time. His knowledge of the details of Niagara Falls was amazing. My Wife and I learned so much. I am glad we chose this tour and not one of the others. Getachew made the small group tour a pleasurable experience. We saw other tours groups and it reminded us of herding cattle. Thank you Getachew, you are the BEST. If there were 10 stars give, my Wife and I would give you 15. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Great way to enjoy dinner, view of the Falls, and learn some history

person With JohnCamp81
We picked this tour mainly because included an opportunity to control the lights which illuminate the Canadian and American sides of the Falls. The rest of the package was equally impressive. Our guide, Brandon, was right on time as advertised and met us in our hotel lobby. We drove around for just a bit and then it was off to dinner at a Table Rock House with a perfect view of Horseshoe Falls. We had selection of beef, chicken or vegitarian - a very good 3-course meal. Then the Hornblower night tour of the Falls was perfect and ended with a briliant fireworks display (note the fireworks are limited to weekends after Labor Day). Then, we capped the night off with a visit to Illumination Tower where we controlled the lighting of the Falls - it was a great experience - fun and we learned som amazing Falls facts. Our guide Brandon was knoweldgeable, on time and provided a real pleasent experience. Put this on your must do list if you have the time and finish with the offer to be dropped off in the Clifton Hills area to continue the night life!

Absolutely fantastic tour!!

person With kristinad26691
I highly recommend this tour!! It is a great small group tour and we got quick entry into all sights! Our driver/guide was extremely informative and passionate and I really feel we saw the best of Niagara Falls!! Would definitely stick with this company again in the future!!

Fabulous Beautiful Toronto--through a local's eyes!!!

person With Linda T
Our tour guide was fabulous!! He knew so much about the city, it's history, the rich fabric of it's society!! We started off at the CN Tower, then were driven to Casa Loma. All along the way, he told us about the city he loved so much, and the about the attraction we were going to visit. I believe his name was Mike, and he was FABULOUS!! Casa Loma was to die for, and when we go back to the city, we will have one full day devoted to this wonderful attraction. When we were picked up, we got a little more history on the way out to get lunch at St. Lawrence Market, which I did not realize was on the tour itinerary. We learned about the Market too!! Then after lunch we drove to the Harbor and went on a boat tour there. The boat guides that took us to the islands in the Harbor were also wonderful. I had no idea the city was so urban, so beautiful, so unique. The tour was absolutely wonderful--we could not have asked for a more personable and wonderfully knowledgeable guide. And the weather was PERFECT!!!

A great way to learn about Toronto

person With Redsjw11
First off our guide Michael was AMAZING! He was very kind and offered a lot of great information into the history and things to do in this beautiful city. He also made great recommendations for dining experiences. If this is your first time to the city of Toronto, we would strongly suggest taking this tour ASAP. It will help you learn your surroundings including how the PATH (underground walkway) works and how the city is laid out.

Well worth the time and cost

person With mark c
This is hands down the best way to see the major sites and not have to worry about doing it on your own. We were able to get a great feel for the city and visit some places we normally would not get to see. Our guide Daniel was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Two thumbs up!

Excellent Overview of The City

person With Living Our Dream Destinations
This is a smart way to get an appreciative overview of the city's major historical and cultural landmarks and points of interests. We have enjoyed similar tours of major cities throughout the world and this tour is no exception. It was excellent. We visited the CN Tower where we ascended to the top of the 1126 foot tower and stood on the glass floor looking down at the city, the renowned medieval-style hilltop castle known as Casa Loma and its gardens, the Distillery District where the cobblestone streets are lined with trendy restaurants, bars and boutiques, and where we enjoyed lunch, and toured the affluent Yorkville neighborhood and other diverse communities, and the waterfront. The tour ended with a short boat excursion around several of the nearby Toronto Islands in Lake Ontario affording us with a panoramic view of the city skyline. Our guide, Oliva, did an excellent job shepherding our small group from one location to another. She masterfully highlighted important facts and insight about the city itself, it’s landmarks and points of interests. An engaging storyteller, we found her informative, extremely knowledgeable about the city and its diverse culture, articulate and witty. Her sense of humor brought us laughter throughout the tour. The memories we developed will last a lifetime. For these reasons, we found the time and cost of the tour well worth it. Viator Tours is our preferred go-to-tour provider when traveling. We look forward to our next tour with them.

Best private tour ever

person With Divy_trave
We booked this tour expecting to be on a large bus. We found out that it was just 4 of us in a van. It was great. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and the sights he showed us was very interesting. At the end we were treated to a meal which was very good. This was the most enjoyable tour my wife and I were ever on.

Birthday Celebration

person With STLtrav
The tour was great. We had a private tour with just Joanne (our tour guide) and 3 adults. She adjusted the tour to fit our preferences and was very knowledgeable. One of our party walks with a cane and everything was accessible to him. We also extended our visit at the Green Gables home and added a quick stop for Cow's Creamery ice cream.

Epic Toronto Night Tour

person With Elody C
A great tour of Toronto at night! Olivia was a very knowledgeable, enthusiastic tour guide who enjoyed taking to all the sights on this tour - from the distillery area, to a bonus visit to the beaches to other highlights of the city before our final stop up to the top of the CN tower for a beautiful colorful night time overview of Toronto.

A wonderful introduction to PEI

person With Jennifer C
This was a half-day private tour of the island, including lunch. I highly recommend it! The guide (Joe from See Sights) was extremely knowledgeable, having grown up on the island and lived other places in Canada as well. I learned all about the history of settlement on the island, got an in-depth look at the architecture in Charlottetown, and of course, visited Anne of Green Gables and Cavendish Park. The tour is designed to be an overview so I definitely went back to some of the sights for a deeper look. This is a terrific way to get oriented at the beginning of your visit to PEI. In addition, the lunch was fabulous!

Olivia B. was an extremely amazing tour guide!

person With Kathleen
Olivia B. was an extremely amazing tour guide! She was tremendously informative, and had a very bright, energetic personality that made the tour one we were overly thrilled to have embarked on. Any thoughts or questions we had Olivia had answers or gave insight on. On this tour we were able to see and learn about different parts of Toronoto that google didn’t tell us. Olivia, in my opinion, is a special part of what made the tour definitely one to do and especially have her as your guide, from start to finish. Highly recommended tour. She even gave us directions for the subway on how to get back to our hotel!

Fantastic Experience

We had a wonderful time with Jon as our guide on this excursion around Saint John. He was very knowledgeable on the history of the town and area. We had a great time, beautiful cool Fall weather too! Highly recommend!

The BEST Excursion!

person With Grammygoz
On a previous cruise, I booked an expensive excursion through the ship. Big mistake, leaving me totally unimpressed with St.John, and especially the Bay of Fundy! Thankfully, I chose this option for my family of six. John met us promptly at the "Three Sisters Lamp-post" (within a block of the ship terminal and easily located). We were very pleased that it was a private tour in a comfortable van. Immediately it was clear that John was willing to personalize our day, while fulfilling the promised agenda. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very passionate about sharing his city with our group. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to visit the Bay of Fundy from 3 viewpoints, high atop on the Sky Walk, at the shoreline stop, and then from a jet boat! Although the boat captain took us near the swirling waters, he skillfully maneuvered in the bay for a thrilling ride (without anyone getting wet). As many tourists watched from the shoreline, I'm certain they were wishing they were "in our shoes", since ours was the only boat in the area, and we were obviously having more fun! Having a seal swim along the boat was an added joy. I would recommend sitting near the captain to hear his colorful commentary (avoid the loud motor). We enjoyed the stop at the busy city market and the drive through the park. John shared interesting history and factual information as we toured the city streets that were lined with beautiful Victorian styled homes. Unlike many tour guides who overload travelers, he balanced the commentary with humor, opportunities for Q&A, and breaks. Our last stop was a slight disappointment. Although the tower had historical significance and provided nice views over the city, entrance was not allowed (due to structural instability). There was a nice presentation in the small museum, but I would have preferred an alternate stop to conclude our awesome day. Still, I HIGHLY recommend this tour. Ask for John

Great Tour

person With Salley K
Our tour guide John was very knowledgeable and did a great job of pointing out the many historical points of interest. We visited the Carelton Marcello tower, the city park, the Rockwood park, and the stunning reversing falls. Then the jet boat ride. Folks, you just won't believe this. Our captain took us up river right into the reversing Rapids. He was very capable and never made us feel uncomfortable. To be that close to that kind of awe inspiring power of nature was truly amazing. And don't worry about getting wet. We also saw several seals frolicking in our wake. This tour is highly recommended.

very good over sight of city

person With Kirkcyndie
we had 6 in our group and didn't want a huge bus all day. So this was a Honda Odyssey with plenty of room, able to hear the driver and tour guide, plus could stop whenever we wanted, would highly recommend.

Ultimate Saint John

person With Cheryl B
I think we saw everything that St John had to offer. John, the tour guide was unbelievably knowledgeable about all of Canada’s history. You could tell he’s proud of his city and proud to be a Canadian. He made me want to move to Canada. Andre, the captain of the boat, they used in the water part of the tour was charming and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour to give you a thorough taste of St. John.

Best tour!

Me and my fiancé went together and thought it was amazing and well worth it. Our tour guy Mathew was amazing and helpful. The food was way better then what i thought it was going to be. Delicious and classy. The fireworks were awesome and changing the lights at the end of the tour was an once and a lifetime experience.

Fantastic

person With murp0810
I was a little skeptical with the amount of money for this event. However, I read the reviews and figured it was worth a shot. Our tour guide was great and full of knowledge. The dinner had fairly good food and was a fun way to chat with the other members on the tour. The boat tour was fun and more relaxing in the night atmosphere. My favorite was being able to change the lights on the falls. I guess only 8,000 of the 30 million people who visit the falls get to do it. Such interesting history we were informed of that went with it.

Amazing

person With charliee
Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Niagara falls. We were only there for a few days and feel we got so much from this tour, amazing dinner, knowledge shared from our fantastic tour guide Vinnie and lighting up the falls was such a fun experience. This tour was the highlight of our trip, helped by the group we were with and Vinnie!

Seriously one of the best tours ever!

person With Tina D
My sister and I decided on a trip to Niagra Falls. On a recommendation from our cousin we booked the Niagra Falls Night tour with dinner and cruise. We were not disappointed! It was one of the highlights of our vacation. Vinnie picked us up at our hotel. From the minute we met him we knew this was going to be fun. We quickly learned that not only was he funny but unbelievably knowledgable about Niagra Falls. We started with a driving tour on our way to the restaurant. Vinnie showed us alot of things around the falls that we had not heard at any of the other places we had visited. Dinner at Table Rock was fabulous. The staff there was attentive and courteous. Vinnie then picked us up and we traveled over to the Hornblower cruise. We were running late because one of the people that was in our group went to his hotel for a sweater.. Vinnie using his expertise in knowing the area not only circumvented the traffic but got us there just in time! The cruise was also fun! One of the funnest things about this particular tour was the finale.....we got to illuminate Niagra Falls. Seriously we all got a shot at changing the colored lights of the falls! Vinnie and Bill, the keeper of the colors were all great about answering questions and showing us what to do .Not everyone can say they illuminated Niagra Falls but we can. Thanks Vinnie and See Sight tours!

Ottawa 1 Day Tour

Actually no teens just myself, wife and her sister. The tour was excellent because the tour guide, Braydon Miron, was excellent also and a friendly, humorous, and knowledgeable person who showed us the sights of Ottawa with stops at locations that showed beautiful vistas of the city and took us to a museum tour and a boat ride on the Ottawa river.

Vince was incredible!! We skipped long lines for everything. Vince brought us to the best elevator for falls view on the Skylon tower and we had window seats for the buffet. The helicopters had to shut down due to low clouds, but Vince got us there as soon as they opened up again. He is a local and everything was just perfect with him. I highly recommend this tour above all others!!!

Incredible Tour!

My wife and I took the tour. What a great time we had. Our tour guide Kaitlyn was the best. Kaitlyn was professional and really showed good old fashioned hospitality. Kaitlyn was knowledgeable about the history and could answer the questions we had. The tour itself was fantastic! We would recommend it to anyone. I would also recommend you ask for Kaitlyn As your tour guide to get the most out of the tour! Thanks John

A-m-a-z-i-n-g Niagara experience

person With Abigail
My husband and I had a fantastic experience. We saw Niagara Falls from above at the Skylon Tower, from the water on the Hornblower, from underneath at Journey Behind The Falls, from the side at the Table Rock restaurant and my more. We even got to change the colour of the lights on the falls. Our guide Braydon was a brilliant host and had lots of local knowledge so we learnt loads about Niagara too. We would highly recommend this tour and going in late September when it isn't so busy.

fantastic day and night at the falls

On an 'empty nest' trip as a couple, first time to Niagara Falls...Truly enjoyed all the stops on this small-group tour -- only 6 people in a van, not a whole busload of folks. Our outstanding guide, Brandon, grew up in the area. He was interesting, insightful, and truly wanted us to appreciate what we were seeing, vs. just 'check the box' and move on to the next thing. pickup at hotel was a nice plus. We started with the HornBlower boat, then observation tower, trip to the power stations, journey behind the falls, dinner in a restaurant overlooking the falls and the illumination experience. They proactively emailed us to inform the fireworks had been canceled and that we would get a refund for that portion of the tour. Fantastic experience!

Above and Beyond; Great experience

Our tour guide was Michael, and in a nutshell he was epic. if you ever have a chance to select your own guide, please do choose him. The tour started as planned, on time; the group was small as advertised (7 ppl); the van was clean and comfy; Michael was very knowledgable and understanding. Even with the day boats being closed (due to weather conditions), Michael made sure we do not waste our time and came up with alternate options (thanks Michael again). Dinner was great, the night cruise and the fireworks were epic. the coordination, pick-up, drop-off, conversations, etc... were impeccable.
