Illumination Tower

The experience

Have you ever witnessed the Niagara Falls view by-night? Since 1925, The Niagara Falls Illumination Board offers an amazing light show every single night. So colorful, so breathtaking!

In the heart of Victoria Park, The Illumination tower is located on the former site of the Ontario Power Generating Station.

Every night, 21 projectors from 76 centimeters illuminate the falls from dusk until midnight. This giant lights illuminate the falls from the Victoria Park. The light installations are located in what the locals call the illumination tower. This one was built in 1906 and housed the tank of the Ontario Power Generating Station. After being out of service for several years, it was awarded his new function.
